Subscription Terms

These subscription terms govern all premium feature access rules for users who activate paid subscription services within Fitmeo. Consistent with free tier usage requirements, subscription enabled access does not require user account creation or persistent identity binding. Users activate subscription entitlements purely through device-side entitlement verification with no manual login steps needed after initial payment confirmation. All premium feature operations follow identical local data processing frameworks applied to free tier virtual outfit preview functions.

All user uploaded portrait materials, premium local ai enhanced try-on renders and subscription-linked local usage metadata are processed exclusively on user local devices with no outbound data transfer of any form. All visual and usage related files are only stored within the device’s local application sandbox and cannot be accessed outside the standalone device environment. When users manually delete premium try-on records or raw portrait files via in-app tools, all matched local temporary algorithm cache and subscription-linked local usage tags are permanently erased simultaneously. Fitmeo does not collect any user facial information during free tier usage and maintains identical zero facial information collection standards for all premium subscription feature workflows.

Subscription Payment and Entitlement Validation

All subscription payment flows are completed solely through official Apple payment channels with no alternate payment pathways available within Fitmeo. The application only receives entitlement confirmation feedback issued directly by official Apple systems to unlock premium feature access. Fitmeo does not interact with external payment service providers or third party technical agencies at any stage of payment initiation, payment confirmation or entitlement renewal. Entitlement validation data transmitted between official Apple systems and Fitmeo only contains device-side entitlement codes and does not include any user portrait, facial or personal visual details. No facial information is referenced or transmitted during subscription entitlement checks.

Post payment confirmation, all premium entitlement records are cached locally on the user device instead of being stored externally. Local entitlement cache files contain only subscription expiry timestamps and feature permission tags, with no embedded biometric or facial identifiers. Even during automatic entitlement refresh checks run alongside application launches, local refresh logic never scans portrait folders or parses facial pixel data within user uploaded imagery.

Premium Local AI Feature Usage Rules

Subscription exclusive features include high resolution local ai dual-image blending, bulk local try-on record sorting and custom clothing overlay parameter tuning. Every premium algorithm calculation runs via on-device local ai computing modules with zero reliance on off-device cloud computing resources. High resolution rendering processes only read pixel data for instantaneous screen display within device memory and do not isolate, analyze or store facial feature data separately. Fitmeo does not collect user facial information while processing high definition portrait inputs for premium try-on functions.

Bulk record compression for local try-on galleries is another subscription exclusive function. Compression operations rewrite file size parameters within local device storage and do not extract facial structural data to complete compression encoding. All compressed image copies remain confined to local device storage and are never moved outside user controlled hardware. No facial metadata is generated or retained during bulk local file compression.

Subscription Renewal and Cancellation Rules

Automatic subscription renewal and active subscription cancellation actions are fully managed through official Apple account management interfaces. Fitmeo provides no internal in-app controls to modify renewal status, and all renewal configuration adjustments are completed by users inside official Apple platform settings. Fitmeo receives only passive renewal status notifications from official Apple systems and does not request supplementary user information of any kind to process status updates. Facial information handling protocols remain unchanged regardless of subscription active, expired or cancelled status, and no facial data collection occurs across all subscription lifecycle stages.

Post Subscription Expiry Feature Rollback

After subscription expiry, premium local ai feature access is disabled automatically on the local user device without network triggered remote control. All locally stored premium try-on images and custom overlay parameters remain intact within user device storage and are not deleted upon expiry. Users retain full rights to delete these local premium-generated files at any time. Expiry triggered feature rollback does not initiate background scanning of local portrait files, and no facial information is reviewed or logged during access permission updates.

User Support for Subscription Related Inquiries

Users may submit inquiries about premium feature functions, subscription entitlement anomalies and local premium data storage rules via dedicated email support. The official subscription support contact email is carlwashingtonnn@icloud.com. All support responses focus only on local device feature behavior and official Apple payment workflow guidance. Support staff will clarify in all relevant replies that subscription activation does not alter Fitmeo’s permanent policy of not collecting any user facial information, and all premium visual processing stays limited to user local device hardware.

Term Modification Notification Rules

Fitmeo may revise these subscription terms to match updates to local ai premium feature capabilities. Revised term content is presented directly within the offline local application interface and does not require network data downloads for display. All term revisions will not adjust core local data processing rules or facial information handling standards. Users may discontinue subscription renewal or cease premium feature usage if revised terms are not acceptable.
