User Agreement
All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the local user device, and information will be deleted when the user actively deletes it, so the App does not collect any facial data.
This user agreement governs all access and usage behaviors between individual end users and Fitmeo for all in-app virtual outfit preview functions. Fitmeo enables complete feature access without user account registration, login credential creation or personal identity input of any kind. Users may open the application and use wardrobe browsing, portrait upload, local ai image blending and local record saving immediately after completing local application installation with no prerequisite authentication steps.
All user uploaded portrait images, temporary rendering fragments and finished virtual try-on visuals are processed entirely through local device computing resources with no data transmission to external locations. All user visual content only persists within the local private storage sandbox of the user’s personal device. Once a user deletes uploaded portraits, try-on results or temporary cache via built-in in-app deletion controls, the corresponding data is permanently and irreversibly erased from local device storage with no backup generated in any location. Fitmeo does not collect any user facial information at any point during feature usage, and no facial feature sampling, mapping or separate logging occurs within all local processing workflows.
Fitmeo grants end users non-transferable, personal limited authorization to utilize all built-in wardrobe clothing presets and local virtual try-on functions solely for personal non-commercial visual preview needs. All clothing preset graphics are locally packaged within the application installation package and are authorized for paired use only with user personal uploaded portraits via local ai dual-image blending. The application does not conduct background scanning of portrait content, and facial details inside uploaded portraits are only used for instantaneous local screen rendering. No user facial information is extracted, recorded or retained outside temporary on-device memory during authorized usage.
Users are not permitted to extract, copy, redistribute or modify the locally stored built-in clothing preset graphic resources independent of in-app native functions. Any unauthorized export of preset clothing files breaks the scope of personal usage authorization. Even during user attempts to modify local application file directories, Fitmeo maintains no mechanism to read or collect user facial information from portrait files stored in device storage.
Every core virtual try-on operation relies purely on local ai on-device algorithms rather than external computing support. When users adjust clothing size alignment, overlay transparency and portrait cropping parameters inside the application, all parameter modifications are calculated and rendered locally without network interaction. The application does not generate any log files that record facial feature coordinates, facial contour data or facial texture details. Users can confirm at any time that zero facial information leaves the user’s personal device across all operational adjustments.
Local try-on record sorting and labeling functions also run offline on user devices. All custom labels added by users to saved try-on images are stored only in local application metadata folders. These metadata entries do not reference any facial attributes of the user, and no facial data is bundled with local record labels for backend indexing or sorting.
Users hold full exclusive ownership and management rights for all portraits uploaded and try-on images generated via Fitmeo. Users may independently share locally saved try-on image files through device native system sharing tools outside the Fitmeo application. Fitmeo exercises no oversight over user-initiated sharing behaviors and does not access shared image copies. Regardless of user sharing actions, the application itself never collects or retains user facial information from original or shared visual materials.
Users may uninstall Fitmeo at any time through native device system controls. Application uninstallation triggers automatic removal of all local sandbox data including uploaded portraits, local ai rendering cache and saved try-on records by the device operating system. No residual user portrait fragments or facial data traces remain on the device after full uninstallation.
Fitmeo does not request redundant device permissions beyond basic local image storage access required for users to select local portrait files. The application never requests camera access, location access or contact list access by default. All permission requests are limited to user-initiated single-time local file selection, and no permission is used to scan device storage for undisclosed portrait files or extract hidden facial information. Under no permission usage scenario does Fitmeo collect user facial information.
Users can submit questions about local data deletion rules, local ai processing logic, permission usage boundaries and offline function limitations through email correspondence. The dedicated user support contact email is carlwashingtonnn@icloud.com. Support responses will only cover local device-level application behaviors and will consistently confirm that Fitmeo maintains zero collection of user facial information in all service scenarios. Support teams hold no access to any user local device data and cannot retrieve any user visual or facial content remotely.
Fitmeo may adjust clause wording of this user agreement to match iterative local ai function updates. All agreement updates are displayed directly within the offline application interface on the user’s local device. No update notification relies on external data transmission, and agreement updates do not alter the core rule that all user visual and facial related processing occurs locally with no facial information collection. Users may choose to continue using application functions after reviewing updated clauses or cease usage at their own discretion.
